We receive a requirement from our Client, who supplies us with a short list of filtering questions that they want us to ask the candidates. We then filter CV’s based on our Client requirements

We identify a short list of candidates We then conduct a telephone interview to identify potential candidates suitable for the role

Suitable candidates are then invited to the DCV offices for the pre-screening Digital interview, which is undertaken by a technical consultant from the Nexus group using the selected questions that the Client has supplied

This interview is digitally recorded on to video, which is then uploaded onto the client’s dedicated section of the DCV website

Our Clients then get to select potential candidates by reviewing CV's at their leisure along with the video interview clip from the DCV website, potentially saving the Client valuable time
